Workbench notes
A wobbly chair
Wood glue and a clamp overnight. Firm again, as long as nobody leans back.
Lamp cord
Replaced the frayed cord with a new one and a proper strain relief. It was safer than it looked, but not by much.
Bike chain
Cleaned and oiled after a winter outside. It still skips in the smallest gear, so a new one is on the list.
Old radio
The volume knob crackled. Contact cleaner fixed it in a minute, after an hour of opening the case.
Door that sticks
Planed a few millimeters off the bottom edge. Painted it again so the bare wood does not swell.
